This page describes the OpSmith AI website and its inquiry form. The workflow example is fictional. This website has no account registration, newsletter signup, booking system, or payment collection.

What the form sends

If you submit an inquiry, the form sends your name, email address, request, and any optional business, tool, desired-result, or budget details you provide to Web3Forms. Web3Forms processes the submission to forward it by email to OpSmith AI. We use inquiries to understand requests and correspond about potential work. Please do not include passwords, financial details, or confidential customer information.

Web3Forms may process technical information associated with the request. See the Web3Forms privacy policy for its practices. Our business email uses Namecheap Private Email; see Namecheap's privacy policy for its practices. A submission response confirms provider acceptance; please keep a copy until we confirm receipt.

No tracking or browser storage

The site code does not use analytics, advertising trackers, cookies, local storage, or external fonts. Images, styles, and scripts load from the same location as the page. Submitting the form sends its contents to Web3Forms; the site code does not send inquiries to an AI service. With JavaScript disabled, submission opens a Web3Forms response page subject to that provider's practices.

Interactive demonstration

The file-processing demo uses built-in fictional order exports. Processing and the optional report download happen in your browser. It accepts no file uploads and sends no demo records to a server or AI service.

Hosting logs

The website uses Namecheap hosting, which may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, and browser details.

Retention and contact

A fixed inquiry-retention schedule has not yet been established. We do not claim immediate deletion or a specific retention period across email, provider systems, or backups. You can direct inquiry or deletion questions to matt@opsmithai.com. Please keep a copy of any request until receipt is confirmed.

Customer projects

Any customer project will need its own agreed scope and information-handling terms before project data is provided. This notice does not claim compliance certification or describe data handling for a future service.
